Diet for Healthy Pregnancy

guess whatt... yeaahh i'm pregnant guys hehe.. but stay calm. it's just 8 weeks so it still has a long long jurney..

n in my experience in first pregnancy, my weight is up to 30kg from 50kg to 80kg before delivery a baby. so now i will pay attention in diet i take. but unfornutely I  got bad morning sicknesss. it suits called all the time sickness because the whole day i feel so sick n want to throw up anything i ate.

so i keep gugling n gugling how to stay healthy pregnancy..

and i got the point, which are :
1. Eat a variety of foods from these different food groups each day.
2. We don’t actually need any extra calories for the first six months of pregnancy. Then you only need .
about 200 extra calories per day for the last three months.
3. It's recommended that you take two important supplements during your pregnancy : 
    - 400 micrograms (mcg) folic acid a day for the first 12 weeks
   -  10mcg of vitamin D a day throughout your pregnancy
