How to Compact and Repair in Microsoft Access 2003 and 2007

Here I will explain the difference between compact and repair in microsoft access 2003 and microsoft access 2007

1. In Access 2003 when you want to compact and repair you just go to menu tools --> Database Utilities --> Compact and Repair Database

2. In microsoft access 2007 if you want to compact and repair you go to window button then got to Menu Manage --> compact and repair database
